Cromwell Public Schools 2020-2021 Annual Student Contact Information Update is now open in the Parent Portal. Please review instructions below.
When working with contacts, each student can have flags marked to indicate their relationship. Each contact can be also be flagged with the following identifiers:
- Emergency Contact
- Has Custody
- Can pick up student
- Lives with student
- Resides at
Each contact can have an unlimited number of phone numbers and emails.
The last contact feature is each student has a relationship history. This allows staff to review past relationships with a contact.
At this time we are asking that you review and update information for your child so that we have the most current and accurate data in our PowerSchool system.
An online Information Update form must be submitted for each student returning to the Cromwell Public School District for the 2020-2021 school year. If you have multiple students in our district once you have successfully submitted one Update Form, you will have the opportunity to begin another from the "Confirmation" page.
There are four main sections you will be asked to complete:
- Family Contact Information
- Emergency Contacts
- Health Information
- Publicity Permissions
Only one family member can update the forms for each student so please make certain to advise any other family members if you have started completing the forms. We thank you for your prompt attention to this matter as the information provided will be required under the new PowerSchool Contacts enhancement.
For either option in accessing the forms cell phones cannot be used to update the information at this time.
To access the forms using your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account:
Families that have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account can access the forms directly through an icon on the portal which is located on the left side of the main screen.
