2024-2025 New Student Registration Information is now open.
If your child has previously attended Cromwell Public Schools and is returning you need to fill out the Student Registration Form. Proof of Residency and latest Physical/Immunizations are required.

2024-2025 Student Enrollment Registration
Registration for students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade is done in our on-line registration process. If you do not have access to a computer please contact Laura Mangiafico at 860-632-6046 for assistance.
If your student is a Cromwell resident, they must be registered with our school system, even if they plan to enroll and attend at a regional Magnet school, Technical or Vo-Ag school. If attending a school outside of Cromwell please choose the Residency Only option once in the form. You will need to provide Proof of Residency and form from the school your child will be attending.
You will need to provide the following documents:
A - Your child's Birth Certificate (Long form of student's Birth Certificate)
B - Latest Immunization/Physical Form - Connecticut State Medical Form
C - Proof of Residence (use one of the following choices)
a. Current dated Mortgage Statement showing parent's name and address (less than 60 days old);
b. Escrow papers or signed mortgage commitment in parent/guardian’s name;
c. Real Estate tax receipt, Water or Sewer Bill in parent/guardian's name;
d. Current dated Utility Bill (Electric, Gas, Water or Sewer Bill only)
e. Current dated rental agreement in parent/guardian's name or student's name;
f. Notarized letter from Landlord or owner acknowledging parent/guardian’s and/or student’s residence.
D - If applicable, Copy of student's latest IEP.
E - Student's latest report card
Step 1. Complete the Online New Student Registration process. You will create a new account first, if you do not have one. Save your login information in case you need to return to this site.
Step 2. Upload the required documentation noted above within the online registration If you do not have access to upload documents please contact Laura Mangiafico at 860-632-6047. You will need to schedule a brief meeting to provide the documents to be copied.
Step 3 Submit the health form as soon as possible, as the health record must be on file prior to the student's first day of school; but do not delay the registration process while waiting to complete the physical exam.
Please note, your registration is not complete until you have completed all steps and are approved by the Cromwell Public Schools Superintendent.
